| 摘 要： | 为筛选出适合番茄幼苗生长的最佳育苗方式，本试验以早春育苗番茄为对象，研究了CIS育苗钵、营养钵、穴盘育苗（番茄专用基质）、穴盘育苗（普通基质）4种育苗方式对番茄幼苗出苗率、生长动态、壮苗质量性状、耐低温能力的影响。结果表明，采用CIS育苗钵培育的幼苗出苗率，单株鲜重、根体积、壮苗指数、最大叶面积、叶片数等生长指标明显优于其他育苗方式，在低温处理过程中保持了较高的POD活性、CAT活性；专用基质穴盘苗在株高、叶绿素含量方面表现最好；营养钵培育的幼苗子叶面积显著大于其他育苗方式；普通基质穴盘苗在所有测量项目中表现一般或较差。
