| 摘 要： | 根据黄连、黄芩、白头翁、秦皮和穿心莲有效成分的性质,对各药有效成分分别进行提取,获得硫酸黄连素纯品、黄芩苷纯品、30∶1白头翁、30∶1秦皮、20∶1穿心莲提取物,将提取物按一定比例组成配方,采用琼脂平板稀释法,通过单味中草药提取物和组方对仔猪致病性大肠杆菌标准毒株K99和本试验室分离鉴定的O1、O2、O8、O138、O141、078、K89进行体外抑菌试验,结果表明,中药提取物及组方均有较好的抑菌效果,其中组方抑菌效果明显高于单味中草药提取物。

| Abstract: | Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Pulsatillae,Cortex Fraxini and Herba Andrographitis with low toxicity,antidiarrheal and antipyretic activity were screened by experiments.The efficacious ingredients extracted from them such as purified berberine sulfate,purified baicalin etc.were mixed according to proper ratio.By using the agar plate dilution method,antibacterial test in vitro was conducted with K99,O1,O2,O8,O138,O141,O78 and K89 of pathogenic E.coli on piglets.The results showed both extract from... |
