| 摘 要： | 绵羊人工感染东半吸虫尾场后，于第O、4、7、10、14天采血，以后每周采血一次，应用IHA法，对抗体消长规律进行测定。结果表明：绵羊产生抗体出现最早时间为接种后第4天，最迟是在第21天，一般于接种后第7—10天开始产生抗体，第7周抗体开始明显升高，第10周达到高峰，并在很小波动范围内持续，第14周开始缓慢下降。

| Abstract: | After the sheep are artificially infected by Orientobilhazia cercariae. We separately begin to gather the blood of the sheep on zero, fourth, seventh, tenth and fourteenth day, then we gather the blood once a week. Applying the IHA method. We are determining for the regular of the antibody growing and declining. The results indicate that the sheep firstly emerge the antibody on the fourth day after inoculated and in the latest emerge antibody on the twenty first day. Generately the sheep begin to produce antibody from seventh to tenth days after inoculated. However, the contents of the antibody significantly begin to increase on the seventh week and reach the peak value of the antibody on the tenth week. The peak value will continue among the small fluctuation range. On the fourteenth week, the contents of the antibody begin to decline slowly. |
