DCPTA浸种对小麦苗期生长的影响

摘    要:在室温和盆栽的条件下,用不同浓度的DCPTA溶液对洛麦21浸种,然后测定幼苗的生理学和形态学指标,研究DCPTA对小麦的影响.结果表明:DCPTA提高了小麦幼苗的呼吸强度,当处理浓度为1:1500时小麦幼苗的呼吸强度最大,比仅用蒸馏水处理的对照提高了91.3%;增加了小麦幼苗的叶绿素含量,当DCPTA处理浓度为1:1500时的叶绿素含量最高,比对照提高了10.87%;DCPTA还降低了小麦幼苗的丙二醛含量,处理浓度为1:1500时小麦幼苗的丙二醛含量比对照减少了19.18%.另外,DCPTA促进了洛麦21的植株生长,株高和根长都比对照有所提高.本试验采用DCPTA对洛麦21种子进行浸泡处理,结果促进了幼苗的生长,说明DCPTA浸种处理可能对小麦有增产作用.
