摘    要:鱼溶浆是鱼粉生产中的重要中间产物,为保证鱼粉的品质需要对其进行回喷的操作,同时其较高的含水量也极大的增加了生产成本。为了降低鱼粉生产的成本,本研究通过添加絮凝剂、食品增稠剂以及盐析的方式对鱼溶浆进行了大量的实验尝试。实验结果表明,盐析是较为适合处理鱼溶浆的方式,其中聚合硫酸铁、硫酸亚铁、氯化铁及碳酸钠具有较为显著的效果,为鱼溶浆水分的降低、鱼粉生产工艺的改良及品质的提升提供了重要探索方向。

Preliminary study on the optimal treatment of fish pulp

Abstract:Fish slurry is an important intermediate product in the production of fish meal. In order to ensure the quality of fish meal, it needs to be sprayed back. At the same time, its high water content also greatly increases the production cost. In order to reduce the production cost of fish meal, a lot of experiments were carried out by adding flocculant, food thickener and salting out. The results show that salting out is a more suitable way to deal with fish slurry, among which polyferric sulfate, ferrous sulfate, ferric chloride and sodium carbonate have more significant effects, which provides an important exploration direction for the reduction of water content in fish slurry, the improvement of fish meal production process and the improvement of quality.
