人参曲霉属真菌发酵液的药效部位研究

摘    要:目的]研究人参曲霉属内生真菌发酵液药用部位及抑菌效果。方法]考察其稳定性,以及分离发酵液得到的菌体和菌液两部分的三种极性部位的抑菌能力的考察,确定抑菌活性物质所在极性部位。结果]在紫外、酸碱、温度处理情况下,曲霉属发酵液具有较好的稳定性,其中菌液的乙酸乙酯部位的抑菌能力最强,抑菌率为82.6%;菌体正丁醇部位抑菌能力最强,达到71.6%。结论]人参曲霉属真菌发酵液抑菌能力较强,可以进一步研究菌体、菌液的抑菌活性物质的化学结构,更全面地了发酵液的抗菌机制,为后期开发利用提供理论依据。

Study on the Bacteriostasis of Fermentation Broth of Panax Aspergillus
Abstract:Objective: Study on the chemical stability of Endophytic Fungi of Aspergillus ginseng and the bacteriostasis ability of fungus liquid.Methods:To investigate its stability and bacteriostasis ability of three polar parts of bacteria body and liquid obtained from fermentation broth,The three polar sites were petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The polar sites of the antimicrobial active substances were determined.Results: Aspergillus fermentation broth has good stability under the conditions of ultraviolet, acid-base and temperature treatment. Among them, the ethyl acetate part of the bacterial broth has the strongest bacteriostasis ability, the bacteriostasis rate is 82.6 %, and the n-butanol part of the bacterial body has the strongest bacteriostasis ability, reaching 71.6 %.Conclusion: Ginseng Aspergillus fungus fermentation broth has strong bacteriostasis ability. It can further study the chemical structure of the bacteriostasis active substances of the fungus body and the fermentation broth, more comprehensively understand the bacteriostasis mechanism of the fermentation broth, and further judge whether it can be exploited and utilized as a biological pesticide.
