水稻雄性不育系龙特浦A不育性不稳定性的遗传分析

摘    要:龙特浦A(简称特A)的配合力好、异交率高,所配的组合杂种优势强、产量高,深受农民欢迎。但特A的不育性不稳定,所配杂种纯度低,应用潜力受到限制。经遗传改良育成了不育性稳定且基本保持特A优良特性的。T55A和T77A(简称TA)。本研究以特A(B)和TA(B)为材料,分析了特A不育性不稳定性的遗传。结果表明,特A不育性不稳定性主要受若干个主基因控制,其中T55A稳定的不育性对特A不稳定的不育性呈不完全显性,涉及2对表现积加作用的基因;而T77A稳定的不育性对特A不稳定的不育性呈完全显性,涉及2对表现重叠作用的基因。相对简单的遗传基础有利于对特A的遗传改良。

Abstract:Longtepu A (TeA for short) is a useful rice CMS line with high combining ability and high outcrossing rate. Many hybrid rice varieties bred from TeA show strong heterosis and high yield, and therefore are liked by farmers. However, the sterility of TeA is unstable, often causing low purity of hybrid seeds produced. This limits the potential of wide application of the CMS line. Based on the genetic background of TeA, we have bred two new CMS lines, T55A and T77A, which show stable sterility and basically keep the elite characteristics of TeA. In this study, we investigated the genetic basis underlying the sterility instability of TeA using TeA, T55A and T77A as materials. Results showed that the sterility instability of TeA is controlled by several major genes. The stable sterility of T55A is partially dominant over the unstable sterility of TeA, involving two pairs of major genes showing additive effects; while the stable sterility of T77A is completely dominant over the unstable sterility of TeA, involving two pairs of major genes showing duplicate effects. The relatively simple genetic basis is propitious to the genetic improvement of TeA.
