摘    要:研究结果表明,马铃薯块茎形成期,脱落酸含量显著增加,赤霉素含量则显著降低,赤霉素与脱落酸比值下降到一定水平是块茎开始形成的重要条件.外加脱落酸喷施叶面,使块茎形成提早,但结薯数并未增加;外加赤霉素喷施叶面,使植株细高,匍匐茎细长,块茎形成显著延迟,块茎数显著减少,这一结果进一步证明了脱落酸和赤霉素在块茎形成中的作用.

Abstract:The experiment result shows that the contents of ABA in leave and underground stem at the tuber forming stage are significantly higher than the other stages, but the contents of GA3 are significantly lower than the other stages. It is an important condition for the bc-gining of tuber formation that the ratio of GA3 to ABA is reduced to some low level. To spray some ABA on the leave can cause the bcgining date of tuber formation to move earlier, but it does not increse the number of tuber. Extra GA3 can cause the plant to become thin and high and the stolon to become thin and long, and can significantly delay the begining of the tuber formation, and reduce the numbers of the tuber. These results further suggest that GA3 and ABA have an important influence on the formation of potato tuber.
