摘    要:本文以浙油50、13Ld35-1等2个甘蓝型油菜材料为研究对象,探讨育种过程中性状的科学选择。结果表明,通过4年连续单株选择、定向选择和检测分析,明显地提高了亲本材料浙油50和13Ld35-1的含油量,进一步阐述杂交组合的含油量应考虑双亲含油量的累加作用,揭示了控制含油量上加性和显性基因均起作用的高含油种质杂种优势育种规律。

Selection and Analysis of High Oil Content in Parents of Brassica napus Hybrid Breeding
Abstract:In this paper,Zhejiang oil 50 and 13Ld35-1 rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) were used as the research object. The results show that the oil content of the parent material, Zhejiang oil 50 and 13Ld35-1 is obviously improved through the four-year continuous single plant selection, directional selection and detection analysis, and further the oil content of the hybrid combination should be taken into account for the accumulation of the oil content of the parents.The invention discloses a high-oil-bearing germplasm heterosis breeding law which controls both the additive and the dominant genes in the oil content.
