摘    要:为探明增温处理对小麦(Triticum aestivum)耐铜特性的影响,本研究设置不同铜浓度(0、100、400、800 mg/kg)处理,通过土培盆栽试验分析覆膜增温对小麦生长、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明,铜处理显著抑制了小麦生物量(P<0.05);夜间增温对小麦生物量没有明显的效应(P>0.05),但在铜处理浓度逐渐升高的条件下显著增加根的生物量(P<0.05);夜间增温在铜处理浓度逐步升高的条件下显著抑制了小麦叶片SOD的活性(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,增温作用增加了小麦的根生物量,但减弱了小麦的抗铜能力。本研究结果可为粮食安全生产提供理论依据。

Effect of nighttime warming on copper tolerance of wheat

Abstract:To find out the mechanism of nighttime warming on the copper tolerance of wheat (Triticum aestivum), this study set different copper concentrations of (0 mg?kg-1, 100 mg?kg-1, 400 mg?kg-1, 800 mg?kg-1), malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD), and peroxidase (POD) activity were analysed. The results showed that: 1) copper treatment significantly inhibited wheat biomass (P<0.05); 2) nighttime warming had no significant effect on wheat biomass (P>0.05), but significantly increased root biomass as increasing copper concentration (P<0.05); 3) nighttime warming significantly inhibited the SOD activity of wheat leaves as increasing copper concentration (P<0.05). These results indicated that the nighttime warming increased the root biomass and inhibited the copper tolerance of the wheat. This study provides a theoretical basis for the production of food safety.
