氯化汞胁迫下硒对中华米虾SOD活性的影响

摘    要:研究了在氯化汞胁迫下,饲料中的硒对中华米虾(Caridina denticulata sinensis)超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。实验表明,氯化汞对中华米虾的24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h的半致死浓度分别为145、132、130和127μg/L。中华米虾在127μg/L以下几种不同浓度氯化汞胁迫下,SOD活性受到明显影响,但饲料中添加硒0.45μg/g的实验组米虾SOD活性较对照组明显提高。因此,在一定浓度氯化汞胁迫下,饲料中添加适量的硒可提高中华米虾SOD活性,利于提高虾体的抗氧化酶活力。

Abstract:The effects of dietary Selenium supplementation on the Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) of Caridina denticulata sinensis under to HgCl_2 stress were studied.The results showed that the 24,48,72 and 96 h LC_(50) values of HgCL_2 at pH 8.0 were 145,132,130 and 127 μg/L.Moreover,with the increasing of HgCL_2 concentration,the activity of SOD rised.The SOD activity of prawns fed with Selenium-supplemented diet of 0.45 μg/g were significantly higher than those of prawns fed with control diet.It indicated that dietary selenium Supplementation of proper concentration could improve the SOD activity under HgCl_2 stress.
