摘    要:用热解吸/吹扫捕集/气象色谱/质谱(HP5972 GC-MSD)技术对珠海市常见的10种园林绿化植物的枝叶芳香物质化学成分和含量进行了测定和分析,结果表明,它们分泌的"芬多精"(phytoncidere)成分主要有桉叶油素、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、β-香叶烯、柠檬烯、γ-萜品烯、莰烯、γ-榄香烯、二甲基、辛三烯等。10个树种中有8种"芬多精"含量较高,是优良的人体保健树种,适合于庭园、公园、郊野公园、森林浴区种植。

Abstract:The ingredients of phytoncidere and their contents in 10 tree species for greening in Zhuhai City of China were determined and analyzed by using GC-MSD techniques. The results showed that the main ingredients of phytoncidere are eucalyptol, alpha-pinene, beta- pinene, myrcene,l imonene,r -terpinene, camphene, r-elemene, dimethyl and ctatriene. Eight of the ten species tested have a considerable content of phytoncidere. And they are fine species for health care of human body and suitable for planting in gardens, urban and suburban parks and the forest bathing areas.
