摘    要:采用静水生物法、充气和恒温法研究Hg2+对克氏原螯虾(Porcambams darkia Girard)、麦穗鱼(Pseudorasbora parva)、中华绣皱鱼(Rhodem sinemis)3种水生动物的急性毒性作用,结果表明:Hg2+对中华鲚鲮鱼毒性相对较强,对克氏原螯虾毒性相对较弱;24h对中华螃皱鱼、麦穗鱼、克氏原螫虾的半致死浓度分别为0.222mg/L、0.300mg/L、18.390mg/L,96h对中华螃皱鱼、麦穗鱼、克氏原螯虾的半致死浓度较低,分别为0.193mg/L、0.244mg/L、1.430mg/L。安全质量浓度依次分别为O.00193mg/L、0.00244mg/L、0.01430mg/L;克氏原螯虾对水中H矿离子的耐受性超过国家规定的水质标准28倍多。

Study on Acute Toxicity of Hg~(2+) to Three Aquatic Organisms

Abstract:The acute toxicity of Hg2+ to Porcambarus clarkia Girard,Pseudorasbora parva,Rhodens sinensis was determined in still increasing-air water at constant temperature. The results indicated that the 24h LC50 and 96h LC50 to Rhodens sinensis,Pseudorasbora parva,Porcambarus clarkia Girard were 0.222mg/L、0.300mg/L、18.390mg/L and 0.193mg/L、0.244mg/L、1.430mg/L respectively;safe concentration were 0.001 93mg/L、0.002 44mg/L、0.014 3mg/L;tolerance concentation of Porcambarus clarkia Girard to Hg2+ was 28 times more than the water quality standards.
