高蛋白高产大豆新品种黑农35的选育及大豆矮化育种等问题

摘    要:1970年利用当地优良推广品种黑农16(获全国科学大会奖)和日本高产高蛋白品种十胜长叶杂交,经多代选育鉴定育成黑农35,1990年经黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定推广。1992年已累计推广近700万亩,并已大量出口。选育高蛋白高产大豆品种,在选择亲本时要选择高产性状突出、综合性状好的亲本,同时亲本之一蛋白质含量应较高,这样易于成功。为了提高大豆产量,必须选育秆强不倒的品种,可利用有限结荚习性品种和无限结荚习性品种杂交;利用有限结荚习性品种之间进行杂交;用钴60等射线处理有限结荚习性的大豆;利用农家品种中的矮秆材料。对大豆后代材料可用不同肥水条件进行鉴定,同时用北育南繁、温室加代等措施来缩短育种年限。在大豆育种中要利用和保存好中间材料。

Abstract:This article introduces breeding of the new soybean (Glycine max L.)cultivar"Heinong 35"which contains high content of protein and has a high yield. In 1970 by hybridizing between Heinong 16,a good native cultivar ,and Tokachinogaha,a Japanese cultivar which is characterized by its high yield and high protein content, then by using many generation selection, Heinong 35 was bred. Heinong 35 was examined and approved as an extension cultivar by the Committee of Heilongjiang Crop Cultivar Examination and Approvement in 1990.Up until 1992, the total planting area of Heinong 35 was 467000hectares, which was exported to Japan in large quantities. In order to select soybean cultivar containing large amount of protein with a high yield, one of the parents should have the character of extremely high yield, the other one should contain large amount of protein, in this way there is greater chance of being successful .In order to increase the soybean yield, the cultivar which has a strong stem with strong resistance to lodging and has the characteristic of high yield must be selected. The short-stalked and half-short-stalked soybean cultivars can be bred by hybridizing between the determinate stem and indeterminate stem cultivars; hybridizing among the determinate stem cultivars;radiating the determinate stem cultivars with (60)Co; using the native short-stem cultivars. The soybean hybrid generation lines can be examined under different conditions of moisture and fertility of soil. The time needed for breeding a new soybean cultivars can be shortened with the method of selecting soybean lines in the northern part of China and breeding in the southern part, which is carried out in the green houses, etc.
