西安市樱桃病毒病调查及检测研究

摘    要:对樱桃病毒病的发生情况进行了田间调查,运用鉴别寄主反应型、病原传播特性、负染法电镜观察、琼脂双扩散法测定血清学反应等方法进行检测,查明多数为李属坏死环斑病毒单独感染,其余为李属坏死环斑病毒和苹果褪绿叶斑病毒或苹果茎沟病毒混合感染,总感染率为93.94%,对其感染的症状进行描述。

Research on the investigation and detection in Cherry virus disease
Abstract:By conducting a fielding investigation focusing on the occurrence of Cherry virus disease and using a series of technical methods, such as Differential host reaction type, Pathogen propagation characteristics, electronic microscope negative staining, agar double diffusion technique and serological reaction, to detect the virus disease. The results indicated that the majority of cherry plants were infected by PNRSV, others showed mix infection of PNRSV, ACLSV and ASGV and the total infection rate was 93.94%. In this paper, we described the symptoms of infected cherry plants.
