摘 要: | 通过对毛花猕猴桃茎段进行离体培养试验,得出了毛花猕猴桃茎段的最佳离体培养方案:选用当年生的茎段切割成块后接入培养基MS ZT3.0mg/L上,诱导出愈伤组织,进而愈伤组织分化出芽,切割这些芽继续转入该培养基配方扩大培养,然后将增殖的大量芽转入培养基1/2MS IBA1.2mg/L上诱导生根,待产生良好的根系即可出瓶移栽,得到毛花猕猴桃苗木。

Part of Branch Culture of Actinidia eriantha Benth in Vitro |

Abstract: | By test of part of branch culture of Actinidia eriantha Benth in vitro, the best procedure of culture was as follows: using part of branch as explants, the callus and buds were induced in MS ZT3.0mg/L, then the buds were propagated in the same medium, finally the roots were generated in 1/2MS IBA1.2mg/L and complete plants were produced. |
