| 摘 要： | 为研究探索绵羊胚胎移植受胎率的影响因素,针对不同体况受体、供受体发情时间差、胚胎质量、单侧卵巢黄体数量及移植胚胎数量等进行试验研究。结果表明:体况较好组、体况中等组、体况较差组受胎率分别为67.62%、63.44%、52.08%,三组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);发情同步差在0h、±6h、±12h的受胎率分别为72.73%,68.18%,66.67%,三组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);移植A级胚胎的受胎率(67.24%)高于B级胚胎的受胎率(42.86%),差异显著(P<0.05);1个黄体的受胎率为61.76%,2个黄体的受胎率比1个黄体的高出3.69%,两者之间差异不显著(P>0.05);移植两枚胚胎的受胎率(69.77%)高于移植一枚胚胎的受胎率(62.5%),但差异不显著(P>0.05)。 |

| Abstract: | Study was carried out to further explore the influencing factors of sheep embryo transfer fertility rate, including different body condition receptors, time, embryo quality, unilateral ovarian corpus luteum quantity and the number of embry os. The results demonstrated that pregnancy rates were 67.62%, 63.44% and 52.08% for good condition group, medium con dition group and poor condition group, respectively, there was no significant difference among them （P〈0. 05）. Pregnancy rates of estrus synchronization were 72.73% ,68. 18% and 66.67% among Oh, ＋6h among 士12h, there was no significant difference among three groups （P〉0.05）. Pregnancy rate of Class A embryo transplantation （67.24%） was significantly high er than Class B（42.86%） （P〈0.05）. Pregnancy rate of two corpus luteum was higher than the rate of one corpus leteum （61.76 %） by 3.69 %, however, there was no significant difference between them （P〉0.05）. Pregnancy rate of two embryos （69.77 % ） was higher than one embryo（62.5 %）, however, there was no significant difference between them （P〈0.05） |
