航天苜蓿中黄酮提取工艺及抑菌活性研究

摘    要:用索氏回流进行正交提取航天苜蓿中的黄酮,以510nm最大吸光度进行可见光谱检测,测定黄酮含量,并对两种供试菌进行体外抑菌活性测定。结果表明,通过单因素实验确定的各因素影响能力大小为:pH>浸泡时间>料液比,含量最高为10.04%;对大肠埃希氏杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为0.40mg/mL和0.70mg/mL。

Abstract:To 510 nm biggest spectrophotometry visible spectrum for testing, methods with backflow quadrature, determine flavonoids content of space alfalfa and the two selected bacteria for in vitro antibacterial activity. Through the single factor to determine the influence of various factors, the results show pH 〉 Macerating time 〉 Liquid to solid ratio and the highest fla- vonoids content is 10.04% ; MIC on E. coli and S. aureus is 0.40 mg/mL and 0.70 mg/mL.
