摘    要:以近年选育的14份玉米自交系为被测系, 采用NCⅡ交配设计方法, 研究10个性状的配合力, 并对自交系进行杂种优势类群划分。结果表明, 被测系各性状的一般配合力方差均达极显著水平, HX210和HX303作为亲本组配的杂种后代增产潜力较大, 可在育种中直接利用;HX458和HX3综合性状较差, 需改良后利用;HX303×K10等5个杂交组合具有较强的杂种优势, 有一定的增产潜力。依据单株产量的总配合力效应值将14份自交系划分出4个杂种优势群。

Abstract:The 14 maize inbred lines selected in recent years had been tested with the methods and principles of NCII crossing design to study the combining ability of 10 characters and heterotic group dividing of inbred lines. The result indicated that the variance of the common combining ability of the tested lines on all characters was very significant. The lines of HX210 and HX303 doing pro progenies of the group with greater yield potential could be directly used in maize breeding other than the lines of HX458 and HX3 with less comprehensive characters to be modified before use. HX303×K10 and other 5 combinations had high heterosis with high yield potential. According to the total combining ability of yield per plant, these 14 lines were divided into four heterotic groups.
