摘    要:21日龄AA 肉仔鸡雌雄各半共110只,分为预试验组,试验组和对照组。按预试验得出的最大有效量、最高致死量和公比确定各试验组剂量腹腔注射心律平,对照组注射生理盐水。结果对照组无死亡,试验组死亡数随剂量加大而增加。试验得出心律平最大有效量为28.56mg/kg,最高致死量为59.22mg/kg,半数致死量(LD50)为41.88mg/kg。中毒鸡表现神经症状和呼吸困难,剖检见肝、肾肿大,心、肺出血等变化。

Abstract:One hundred and ten AA broiler chickens of 21 days age,half of female and male,were selected for preliminary test group,test groups and control group respectively. According to the maximum effective dosage,the maximum lethal dosage and the common ratio obtained from preliminary test group determined dosage of Propafenone for abdominal cavity injection,control group was injected with normal saline. There was no death in control group and the death number of test group increased with dose. The results showed that the maximum effective dosage was 28.56 mg/kg,the maximum lethal dosage was 59.22 mg/kg,median lethal dose(LD50)was 41.88 mg/kg. The toxic chickens presented neurosis symptom and dyspnea. There were some pathologic changes in autopsy such as liver and kidney swell,heart and lung bleeding.
