| Abstract: | The influence factors on plant protoplast culture was summarized.Especially,the effects of some key links and physiological parameters such as protoplasts culture method,hormone level,sub-culture,polyamine,activities of POX and SOD,and contents of soluble protein and amino acid to protoplast culture procedure were discussed in detail. |
