| 摘 要： | 研究了拟布里特班克虫草——金龟子绿僵菌大孢变种原生质体的分离制备条件，以10～15mg／mL溶壁酶为酶液、0．7mol／L NaCl为渗压稳定剂，30℃处理1．5h是其原生质体最适合的分离条件。对原生质体释放和再生的形态学过程进行了观察和描述。
