| 摘 要： | 采取新疆五家渠某鸡场发病鸡病料，接种鸭胚，分离病毒，病料在鸭胚中盲传至第５代，鸭胚尿囊液ＨＡ效价达２１７，ＨＡ可被ＥＤＳ－７６标准阳性血清抑制。免疫电镜观察到了病毒颗粒，表明该病是由ＥＤＳ－７６病毒所致

| Abstract: | Samples were collected from a chicken flock in Wujiaqu Xinjiang. The EDS-76 Vims were isoldted by means of inoculating the samples in cluck embryos. After the fifth passage, the haemagglutionate titer of allantoic fluid reached 2 17 , and the haemagglutionationation can be inhibited by EDS-76 stardard positire serun. The virus particles were observed by means of immune electronic microscope.All this indicated that the disease was caused by EDS-76 virus. |
