| 摘 要： | 在正确识别若尔盖高原湿地保护区保护中存在的众多问题的基础上,从保护湿地、发挥湿地生态功能、合理利用湿地资源和科学管理湿地的角度出发,在科学的原则和方法指导下把若尔盖湿地保护区划分为3个生态功能区：实验区、缓冲区、核心区。根据各生态功能区的特点制定相应的保护与修复对策,提出若尔盖湿地保护区保护工作重点,尽快实施湿地分区对于巨大的碳储存库的保护,生物多样性的保护乃至对全球环境都起着重要的调节作用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of correctly identifying the existing problems of the protection of Ruoergai Plateau Wetland Reserve,from the perspective of wetland protection,ecological function,reasonable utilization of wetland resources and scientific management of wetland,under the guidance of scientific principle and method,the Ruoergai Wetland Nature Reserve was divided into three areas,such as experimental area,buffer area and core area.According to the characteristics of the ecological function areas,corresponding protection and restoration countermeasures were established.Key points of protection work in Ruoergai Wetland Nature Reserve protection were put forward.Zoned wetland as soon as possible played an important regulating role in the protection of giant carbon repository,biodiversity and global environment. |
