| 摘 要： | 改革30年来新疆农业取得了巨大进步和辉煌成就。政府相关政策的改革调整至关重要，不可或缺。政府粮食购销政策、财政支农以及农业政策的改革调整对新疆农业发展、农民增收影响巨大，并使新疆农业发展呈现出不同的阶段特征与发展态势。随着时代的变迁和市场的发展，新的形势需要政府进一步深入相关改革，加大扶持引导，为农民提供多种服务与保障，促进新疆农业向现代化发展。
