木荷苗褐斑病病原菌鉴定和生物学特性

摘    要:木荷苗褐斑病病原菌的分生孢子器黑褐色,大小是86.6~198.8μm×49.5~123.2μm,分生孢子单细胞,长圆形,大小为 6.4~7.5μm×2.5~3.0μm,分生孢子梗分枝;鉴定为Dend-rophoma sp.菌丝生长最适宜的培养基是PDA,最适宜pH值是6,最适宜的相对湿度93%;分生孢子萌发最适宜的营养液是5%葡萄糖,最适宜pH值6,但需较高的相对湿度,最适宜的温度25—30℃。

Abstract:Studies on brown spot of schima superba seedling were carried out during 1984-1986. The causal pathogen of this disease is indentified as Defldrophoma sp. , its pyc-nidium is 86.6-198.8×49.5-123.2um in diameter, conidium is 6.4-7.5 ×2.5-3.0 um in diameter, colourless, elliptic conidiaphores are branched. Rusults from experiments showed that for mycelial growth Potato dextros agar, optimum medium pH value is 6 , and optimum relative humidity 93%. For conidia germination is 5 % dextroses, the optimum pH is 6 , and the optimum tempercoture ranged 25-30℃.
