| 摘 要： | 采用单因素随机区组试验设计,研究了6种浓度多效唑处理对狗牙根草坪自然生长高度、叶片长度和宽度的影响。结果表明:施用13 d后各处理自然高度开始受到不同程度的抑制,随着施用时间延长,对自然高度的抑制作用也逐渐加强,当施药30 d后,狗牙根草坪自然生长高度显著降低,差异达极显著水平(P<0.01);随多效唑处理浓度增高,草屑量显著减少,叶片长度缩短但宽度增加,叶绿素含量明显增高,邯郸狗牙根施用多效唑浓度为400 mg/m2较为适宜。

| Abstract: | The growth of bermudagrass（Cynodon dactylon cv.Handan）treated with different paclobutrazol concentrations was studied.Results showed that paclobutrazol application effectively reduced the height and clippings,increased chlorophyll content,reduced the leaf length but increased leaf width with the increasing of concentration in a certain period.The proper application concentration was 400 mg/m^2. |
