转Bt基因抗虫棉田棉盲蝽防治剂筛选及施药技术研究

摘    要:通过室内毒力和田间药效试验,研究了8种不同类型农药对转基因抗虫棉上棉盲蝽的控制效果。室内试验表明,有机磷类农药对棉盲蝽的毒力大于拟除虫菊酯品种。田间试验结果表明,硫丹和乐斯本防治棉盲蝽的效果较好,具有速效性强,持效期长的特点;其次为辛硫磷、久效磷、马拉硫磷;菊酯类农药的田间防效较低。据试验结果提出了防治棉盲蝽的田间施药技术措施。

Abstract:The efficacy of eight kinds insecticide on controlling cotton plant bugs(Lygus lucorum Meyer-Dur.,Adelphocoris lineolalis Goeze.,Adelphocoris suturalis Jackson) were tested in the Lab and the transgenic Bt cotton field.The Lab research results showed that the toxicity of the organophos phorus insecticides to cotton plant bugs was higher than the Pyrethroidthe.The field research results showed Endosulfan and Chloryrifos had higher insecticidal activity in cotrolling the pests,and both of them had quicker control efficacy and longer control time.Phoxim,Monocrotophos and Malathion also had good controlling effect,but the control results of the pytethroidthe were poor.The field controlling technique of insecticide aganist cotton plant bugs were put forward.
