| 摘 要： | 我国诸多经济指标与大规模反哺期的国际值比较表明:我国经济已经进入工业反哺农业的发展阶段。工业反哺农业的经济机理显示反哺要通过政府的政策引导来实现。通过透视农业发展的现状和经济发展的一般规律可以较好地把握工业反哺农业的具体内容,反哺具体内容的不同类别较清晰界定了工业反哺农业的保护型、发展型、持久型三个阶段,而基于此的反哺政策便会实现其效应的最大化。对反哺内容的特点、内容之间的关系、反哺环境充分了解与剖析,是能否实现反哺及能否最大化反哺效应的关键一环。基于这一点,我们提出了反哺政策于实施过程中的技术问题。

| Abstract: | The economic has walked into the period of industry regurgitation feeding agriculture by comparing many economic indexes with the international standards of large scale regurgitation feeding.The mechanism of industry regurgitation feeding agriculture show that the can be turn into reality by policies leading.The rules of economic and the facts of agriculture give us the concrete content of regurgitation feeding.At the same time the concrete content definite the three periods of regurgitation feeding clearly,the policies of regurgitation feeding can maxims utility.At last we bring out the question that how to resolve the implementing technique of regurgitation feeding policies. |
