不同基质和不同盐分浓度对绿化植物种子发芽的影响

摘    要:试验选取不同基质和不同盐分浓度来研究其对黑麦草、高羊茅、白三叶等3种绿化植物种子的萌发和幼苗主根生长的影响。试验结果表明:种子在蛭石、火山石和珍珠岩中发芽较好,而在塘基兰石和陶粒中发芽较差。种子的发芽率随NaCl浓度的增加呈现显著下降的趋势,黑麦草比高羊茅和白三叶更加耐盐。盐分对幼苗主根的生长也有明显的抑制作用,盐分浓度对主根长度的影响是白三叶>高羊茅>黑麦草。

Abstract:In this study, indoor experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of 6 base materials and 6 salt concentrations on annnal ryegrass, tall rescue and white clover' s seed germination and seedling growth of main root. The results indicated that germination of 6 seeds were better in vermiculite, vesuvianite and perlite, and that were poor in Tangjilanshi and ceramsite. With the increasing of NaCl concentration, germination of 6 seeds were decreased significantly. The annual ryegrass was more salt-tolerant than tall fescue and white clover. Salt stress on seedling root growth had also significant effect, the influence of salt concentration on the main root length were white clover 〉 tall fescue〉 annual ryegrass.
