废水处理系统生物膜中细菌的共凝集研究

摘    要:从不同废水处理系统生物膜中分离得到22株细菌,测定它们的共凝集能力,并通过16SrRNA序列分析对未知细菌进行鉴定。共凝集结果显示,2h和20h时Bacillus cereus G5与其他21株细菌的共凝集率分别达到30%和45%以上,Bacillus megaterium T1与其他17株细菌的共凝集率分别达到34%和45%以上;同属于Shewanella菌属的H2和H3菌株与其它16株细菌配对的共凝集率在2h时达到30%~75%,20h时达到40%~82%;G5和T1与其他21株细菌共培养的生物膜形成能力进一步表明G5和T1的参与增加了单一细菌的生物膜形成量。研究结果表明,上述3种细菌具有将多种细菌固定于生物膜的功能。

The Coaggregation of The Bacteria In The Biofilm from Waste water Treatment Systerm

Abstract:22 bacteria strains were isolated from different wastewater treatment systerm′s biofilm to measure their coaggregation ability,and these unknown bacteria were identified by 16S rRNA sequence analysis.The result showed that the coaggregation percentage of Bacillus cereus G5 with other 21 strains reached more than 30% in 2 hours and 45% in 20 hours,and Bacillus megaterium T1 with other 17 strains reached more than 34% in 2 hours and 45% in 20 hours.The coaggregation percentage of H2 and H3 which belong to Shewanella with other 16 strains reached 30%-75% in 2 h,and 40%-82% in 20 h; The ability of biofilm formation co-cultured by G5 and T1 with other 21 strains further showed that G5 and T1 improved the amount of biofilm formation of single bacterium.The above-mentioned three kinds of bacteria strains had the function of fixing a variety of bacteria on biofilm.
