| 摘 要： | 植物精油普遍具有良好的抗微生物效果。百里香(Thymus mongolicus)又称地椒,是应用广泛的香料植物。百里香及其精油提取物具有抵抗细菌、真菌、病毒,抗寄生虫,抗痉挛及抗氧化活性,它还具有无残留、耐抗药性的特点,能够为养殖业生产营养、安全、健康的产品提供保障。本文主要综述了百里香精油的抗微生物作用和抗氧化作用,展望了其在动物生产上的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Essential oils are generally good anti-microbial materials.Thym e(Thymus mongolicus),also known as Garden Thyme,is a traditional kitchen herb,used to be flavor food.Extracts of thyme and its essential oil is strongly antiseptic,antifungal,antiparasitic,and anti-oxidant,working against a broad range of microbes,without residual resistance,and drug resistance.It is able to provide aquaculture industry with guarantee for producing nutritious,safe and healthy products.The article overviewed the antimicrobial effect of thyme essential oil,and looked into its future outlook of its utilization on animals. |
