摘    要:以蛇皮果Salacca zalacca(Gaertner)Voss]Bali、Pondoh、Galing和马来西亚(M)4个品种的盆栽幼苗为材料,通过低温胁迫,测定叶片伤害率、叶片的可溶性糖、丙二醛和脯氨酸等生理指标.研究其抗寒性.结果表明,叶片的伤害率和相对电导率随着处理温度的降低而增加,变化强度为:Bali>马来西亚(M)>Gading>Pondoh:叶片的半致死温度(LT50)在4~6℃之间.同时,随着处理温度的降低,可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛等的含量均明显增加.综合结果表明,4个品种的耐寒性依次为:Pondoh>Gading>M>Bali.该结果为进一步开展蛇皮果耐寒性的研究和中国热区的引种和适应性栽培提供参考依据.
