植物立体培育器桑树扦插育苗配套技术试验

摘    要:本试验为植物立体培育器在桑树领域应用配套技术研究。结果表明,由于植物立体培育器具有恒温恒湿功能,能提供插条生根的最佳温湿度条件,大大提高了插条的生根率,缩短生根时间,还可不受季节限制,做到1a多次育苗。植物立体培育器+ABT生根粉是目前桑树扦插育苗的最佳途径,在桑树良种繁育方面具有广阔推广应用前景。同时,由于植物立体培育器占地面积小,适于工厂化育苗。

Abstract:A set of application techniques of mulberry cuttage breeding in incubator was studied.The result indicated that the rate of root growth was increased and the time of root growth was shortened under the best condition of constant temperature and humidity inside the incubator.It was best way of mulberry cuttage breeding to use the incubator and plant growth regulator ABT.Besides,the technique had a wide prospect in mulberry cuttage breeding.
