外源褪黑激素对水貂睾丸形态及组织学结构的影响

摘    要:为研究外源褪黑激素(Melatonin,MT)对水貂睾丸形态及组织学结构的影响,选择30只50日龄健康雄性短毛黑水貂,随机分为A、B两组,每组15只,组间体重差异不显著(P>0.05).2010年7月15日,A组每只水貂颈后部皮下埋植MT 10 mg·只-1,B组未进行任何处理.作为对照组,饲养期为108 d.10月30日,A组水貂取皮后摘取睾丸,同时剖取3只对照组水貂睾丸,所取睾丸称重后用10%中性福尔马林固定、石蜡切片、H.E染色、光学显微镜观察.结果表明,MT组水貂取皮期单侧睾丸平均重量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,MT组水貂取皮期睾丸生精小管内细胞层数和种类较多,而对照组生精小管内细胞疏松,仅见少量精原细胞,且MT组生精小管直径、附睾管与管腔直径及附睾上皮厚度极显著高于对照组(P<0.01).为褪黑激素对水貂性腺组织学影响的深入研究提供基础资料.

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of exogenous melatonin on morphology and histology of the testis in mink,thirty healthy male black mink at the age of fifty-day-old with a similar body weight(P>0.05) were randomly allotted into 2 groups,with 15 minks in each group.The minks in group A were injected melatonin capsules(10 mg merly) on 15th July,2010,while those in group B were not implanted melatonin as controlled.The feeding trial lasted for 108 days.The testis of mink was removed from A and B group by surgical orperation on 30th October,2010,then fixed with 10% neutral formalin,embedded with paraffin.Six-micro thick sections were cut and stained with H.E for histological observation under light microscopy.The results showed that the average weight of one testis in MT group was significantly higher than that of controlled(P<0.01).There are lots of spermatogenic cells in the seminiferous tubule of the testis in mink treated with melatonin,while it became very loose and only a little of spermatozoid in controlled group.In addition,the diameter of Seminiferous tube and epididymal duct of MT group were significantly larger than that of controlled(P<0.01).This experiment would lay the foundation for further study.
