便携式土壤养分远红外消化仪的研制

摘    要:设计了一种采用单片计算机控制的便携式土壤养分远红外消化仪,脉宽调制式加热,极好地解决了化学消解中热源效率低的问题。由于采用了PID算法进行温度控制,提高了温度控制精度,与常规的消化仪相比,便携式土壤养分远红外消化仪具有热效率高、升温速度快、热惯性小、结构紧凑、重量轻和便携等特点。

Abstract:A portable apparatus for soil and fertilizer nutrients digestion using far infrared heating is developed. In this apparatus, a single chip microprocessor technique and a pulse-width modulation mode are used, and the problem of low heating efficiency is solved excellently in the chemical digestion process.PID algorithm is adopted in the temperature-control system, thus high precision for testing the temperature is realized. Compared to the traditional digestion apparatus, this device has the following advantages: high calefaction-efficiency, small calefaction-inertia, temperature going up quickly, small dimension and light weight.
