多糖复合物--糖萜素对淡水白鲳生长和肉质指标作用的初级报告

摘    要:试验以淡水白鲳为试验对象,报道不同浓度糖萜素对鱼类生长性能和肉质的影响。本试验分为5个试验组,每组设3个重复,每个重复10尾鱼。空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,其余4组为基础日粮添加不同浓度糖萜素,分别为125mg/kg;250mg/kg;500mg/kg;1000mg/kg糖萜素试验组。试验鱼体初重为(63.5±2.5)g,试验时间为30d。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,250mg/kg糖萜素增重率提高了57.14%(P<0.05);肌肉中胆固醇含量降低了46.05%(P>0.05);125mg/kg糖萜素和250mg/kg糖萜素血清中胆固醇含量分别比对照组降低21.00%(P>0.05)、11.00%(P>0.05),因此125mg/kg、250mg/kg糖萜素可以提高鱼类生长性能,降低血清和肌肉中胆固醇含量,从而糖萜素可以改善鱼肉品质。

Abstract:This research is conducted to determine the effects of Saccharicterpenin on growth performance and meat quality in Colossoma sp, with average initial weight (63.5±2.5)g. Tenfish each were given control diet (C group) and control diet supplemented with Saccharicterpenin 125mg/kg;250mg/kg;500mg/kg; 1 000mg/kg. After 30 days, according to the results of this trial, Saccharicterpenin 250mg/kg group, in which the weight gain rate was increased by 57.14%(P<0.05); the level of muscle cholesterol was decreased by 46.05%(P>0.05)compared to control group. The level of cholesterol in serum in Saccharicterpenin 125mg/kg and Saccharicterpenin 250mg/kg were reduced by 21.00%(P>0.05) and 11.00%(P>0.05). Saccharicterpenin of 125mg/kg, 250mg/kg respectively can improve Colossoma sp growth performance, reduce cholesterol level of muscle and that of in serum; Saccharicterpenin can improve meat quality.
