| 摘 要： | 通过对花锚（Halenis ellipeica)种子的发芽试验，表明，经硝酸钾（KNO3）处理的发芽率为65．5％，预先冷冻处理的为31．5％，氢氧化钠（NaOH）处理的为29．75％，双氧水（H2O2）处理的20．25％，比常规处理的发芽率（12．5％）分别提高53．00、19．25、17．25和7．75个百分点。 |

| Abstract: | The results of gemmation test of Halenis ellptica seed showed that gemmation rate of seed treated with KNO3 was 65.50% , the one of frozen seed before test was 31.75% .The gemmation rate of seed treated with NaOH,H2O2 was 29.75% and 20.25% ,respectively. The gemmation rate of four treatment groups increased 53.00,19.25,17.25,7.25 percentage points than that of normal state(12.50%) .respectively. |
