钙浸种对马尾松与重阳木种子发芽的影响

摘    要:用不同Ca2+浓度处理马尾松和重阳木种子进行发芽试验,其结果表明,2种种子发芽对Ca2+浓度的反应不同。重阳木种子发芽的所有指标都随Ca2+的增加而降低,Ca2+处理抑制种子萌发。而马尾松种子的萌发率、发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数、质膜相对透性以及胚根、胚轴长度则随Ca2+浓度的不同而不同。其总的趋势是低浓度促进,高浓度抑制,其中Ca2+为20 mmoL/L最有利于种子萌发。

Effects of Calcium Soaking on Seed Germination of Pinus massoniana and Bichofia polycarpa
Abstract:Germination experiment was carried out using different concentration of Ca 2+ to handle the seeds of Pinus massoniana and Bichofia polycarpa . The result indicated that the reactions of two kinds of seeds to Ca 2 + concentration were different. All germination indexes of Bichofia polycarpa seeds reduced with Ca 2+ concentration increasing.Ca 2+ disposed the seeds of Bichofia polycarpa could restrain bourgeoning. The bourgeon rate , germination rate , germinative energy , vigor index , germination index , relative penetrativity of cytoplasmic membrane and the length of root length of Pinus massoniana seedling changed with Ca 2+ concentration. The main tendency was low Ca 2+ concentration promoting germination , and the high Ca 2+ concentration restraining germination.20 mmoL/L calcium was best to seed germinating of Pinus massoniana .
