摘    要:从新鲜鸡粪中分离得到22株放线菌,经初筛和复筛试验,筛选有除臭效果的放线菌.菌株J-3和J-6可将氨气释放量分别降低70.46%和35.05%;J-3、J-6和J-43硫化氢释放量分别降低49.23%、37.05%、40.53%.将放线菌株与高产纤维素酶、高产淀粉酶、高产果胶酶、高产蛋白酶的放线菌进行了拮抗试验.

Abstract:22 deodourizing Actinomycetes were isolated from the chicken manure.Through screen test,stain J-3 and stain J-6 had been screened.J-3 and J-6 could reduce the amounts of the NH3 emission by 70.49% and 35.05% respectively.Stain J-3,stain J-6 and stain J-43 could reduce H2S emission by 49.23%,37.05% and 40.58%.The antagonistic test showed that this group of screened actinomycetes was antagoniste with some stains.
