不同蛋白能量比日粮对荷斯坦奶公犊育肥效果及血液生化指标的影响研究

摘    要:利用3种不同蛋白能量比配合日粮对荷斯坦奶公犊进行育肥,结果表明:高蛋白能量比日粮组在整个育肥期平均总增重和平均日增重与低蛋白能量比日粮组差异显著(P<0.05),而中蛋白能量比日粮组同高、低2个蛋白能量比日粮组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在3个试验组中,高蛋白能量比日粮组的饲料报酬和经济效益最高,中蛋白能量比日粮组次之,低蛋白能量比日粮组最低。不同日粮对血液生化指标产生一定的影响,但试验测定值均在正常的生理范围内。在采食试验日粮后,除低蛋白能量比日粮组的血清总脂比采食前有所降低外,各试验组的其它指标,如血清总蛋白、葡萄糖以及血清尿素氮的浓度都升高了。

Abstract:The effect of three different level of ratio of protein to energy in ration on growth performance and biochemical serumindexes of holstein male calves was examined.The high level ratio of protein to energy in ration showed a significant effect on the average total gain and average daily gain than the lowone(P<0.05),but the mediumone had no difference compared to the fomer two(P>0.05).In general,the data suggested that the high level of ratio of protein to energy in ration had the best feed efficiency and economic efficiencyin the experi ment.Though different diets had some effects on bloodindexes,the numerical values were all inthe normal physiological range.The results indicated that serumtotal protein and glucose and serum urea-nitrogen tended to increase but serumtotal fat of the lowone reduced after taking the diets.
