摘    要:尖顶羊肚菌是中国分布最多的羊肚菌品种之一,但受气候、生态、环境等条件限制,只能在每年春末夏初生长,且出菇期短、产量极其有限,在国内外市场上供不应求.本文采用模仿尖顶羊肚菌自然发育规律和生长环境,栽培羊肚菌,扩大羊肚菌地下菌丝量,促进其子实体分化,保护生态环境,实现尖顶羊肚菌资源保护与可持续发展,以期为进一步实现尖顶羊肚菌人工栽培提供参考.

Abstract:Morchella conica was one of most widely distributed morchella species in China.Because of climate, ecology and enviroment, Morchella conica only grows in late spring and early summer and has short period of producing mushroom with very limited yield,but Morchella conica's demands exceeded the supply in domestic and international market .The natural development regularity and growth environment of Morchella conica were imitated to cultivate Morchella conica that could increase the mycelium,promote the fruiting body differentiation, protect the ecological environment, realize the protect of Morchella conica resource and sustainable development and provide the reference for artificial cultivation of Morchella conica .
