摘    要:以玉米为试验材料,研究模拟酸雨对玉米幼苗生长指标、若干生理指标及对其根际土壤微生物的影响.结果表明,随着模拟酸雨强度的增强玉米幼苗生长受到了抑制,玉米幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量和叶绿素a/b比值呈下降趋势,SOD活性却随着酸雨强度的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,模拟酸雨引起玉米根际土壤中微生物总量的降低,酸雨处理结束后,植物叶片质膜透性和叶绿素含量的变化峰值多出现在72h左右,各处理间仅变化幅度存在差异.

Abstract:Make the corn as the material to study simulated acid rain on corn leaves a num- ber of physiological indicators and their impact on soil microorganisms. The results showed that the intensity of acied rain and the corn seedling growth received has suppressed , corn seedlings chlorophyll and a / b negatively correlated with the permeability of celt mem- branes , the SOD acti-vity of acid rain, but with the increase in the strength of performance for the first increase after decrease. At the same time, acid rain caused by maize rhizosphere soil micro-organisms to reduce the total. After the deal with acid rain, the leaves of plants and membrane permeability changes in the chlorophyll content of more than arise in the peak at about 72 h, only to deal with the acidity changes in the rate differences.
