| 摘 要： | 通过对1981、1983、1987、1990、1992和1995年投入产出的分析发现，农业产出中投入食品工业的份额越来越多，农业更加依赖于食品工业对农产品的加工增值；然而，迂回生产使食品工业对直接消耗农产品的依赖性减弱，食品工业正逐步转向对农产品的深加工，对农业的带动作用大大降低。同时，利用2000至2002年各省数据的计量经济模型分析发现，目前食品工业与农业仍然存在显著的关联关系，而且，进一步的行业细分表明，食品加工业上接农业，下连食品制造业。因此，加快食品加工业发展是增强食品工业与农业之间产业关联效应的关键。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of input and output of 1981, 1983, 1987, 1990, 1992 and 1995, it was found that the share of foodindustry was getting more and more in the agricultural output, agriculture was depending on food-industry to process and raise value. However, circuitous production was weakening the dependence of food-industry consuming agricultural products directly, food- industry was turning to the deep processing of agricultural products, the induced effect on agriculture was being reduced greatly. At the same time, based on province data from 2000 to 2002, with ecometric model, it was discovered that food-industry and agricul- ture still had remarkable industrial connection relations. Further industry subdividing, it was found that food-processing industry linked agriculture, food-manufacturing industry. So, quickening the development of food-prncessing industry is the key to strength- en the related effect of food-industry and agriculture. |
