摘    要:通过逐渐降低废水的pH值,最终达到弱酸性,以及逐步提高废水中的木素含量来驯化活性污泥,得到大量不同种类的水生真菌;将含木素废水直接加入到反应器,采用间歇处理法,利用真菌降解木素。在pH6.5时,对50%黑液的COD去除率达88.7%,木素去除率达72.3%。在此过程中,碳源是需要的。

Abstract:By decreasing wastewater pH gradually to reach weak acidity,and increasing the lignin content gradually to acclimate the active sludge,great deal of different kinds of hydrophilic fungi were obtained.The acclimated fungi were adopted to degrade the lignin.The lignin wastewater was directly and intermittently fed into reactor.When pH was 6.5,the COD and lignin removal efficiency of 50% black liquid reached 88.7% and 72.3% respectively.In addition, the source of carbon is needed in the process.
