| 摘 要： | 针对甘肃河西走廊地区固定垄保护性耕作模式下,杂草种类繁多,多年生杂草根系粗大,春季较易复苏,不易喷杀,一年生杂草多为田旋藤蔓缠绕型,机械铲除不彻底等问题,设计了一台垄作喷药浅松除草机.该机采用化学喷药和机械浅松组合除草原理,由三段式可折叠机架、圆弧形防飘罩盖、化学喷药系统和机械浅松系统等组成.玉米苗期田间除草试验表明,机械浅松机构主要铲除玉米行间杂草,单独作业时杂草清除率为89.2%;化学喷药系统主要覆盖性喷杀作业区一年生杂草,单独作业时杂草清除率为94.6%;两种方式联合作业模式下杂草清除率为97.3%,说明机械浅松与化学喷药相结合的方式杂草综合防治效果最好.
