玉米幼苗缺素症状研究

摘    要:以甜研3号玉米为实验材料,用无土栽培方法在苗期进行缺素处理。结果表明①形态变化缺N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe元素,苗地上与地下部分均与完全有显著差异;②生理指标叶绿素含量等5项生理指标缺素苗均低于对照。两者都表明缺素对植株生长有严重影响。

Abstract:The experiment, we used the seeds of Tianyan3 Hao, using the method of manpower cultivation. When the plants had two leaves and one core, we provided the plants the alimentation lacking the element of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and Fe, compared with the those that given the full element alimentation. The results as follows: ① Morphology Transmutation: the plants lacking element had a great transmutation in morphology both in the aground and underground; ②Physiological Index: the plant lacking element were evidently lower than the CK plants in Chlorophyll content and other four physiological index. Both two sides evince: lacking element has great influent in the plant up growth.
