| 摘 要： | 目的]研究地榆、苍术、紫花地丁、半枝莲、大黄、枸骨、千里光等7种中草药的抑菌、杀菌活性.方法]选用上述7种中草药用95％的酒精提取其活性成分,对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和酵母菌等4种菌进行抑菌、杀菌试验测定.结果]7种中草药具有广谱的抗菌作用,大黄对4种菌的抑菌率均在82.3％以上、杀菌率在82.0％以上,是7种中草药中抗菌效果最好的.结论]7种中草药对4种菌均有明显的抑制和杀菌作用.

| Abstract: | Objective]To study the antibacterial and sterilization activity of seven kinds of Chinese herbal medicine which are Radix sanguisorbae,Atractylodes rhizome,Violae herba,Portulaca grandiflora hook,Rheum palmatum,Ilex cornuta and Senecio scandens etc.Method]The active ingredients of the above 7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine are extracted with 95 ％ alcohol,and then to study the antibacterial and sterilization effect on the four kinds of bacteria：Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.Result]7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity,Rheum palmatum which antibacterial rate against four bacteria is above 82.3％ and sterilization rate more than 82.0％ has the best antimicrobial effect among the 7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines.Conclusion]7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine has obvious bactericidal effect on 4 kinds of bacteria. |
