| 摘 要： | 数字地价模型是对城镇地价高低的空间立体表达方式。阐述了数字地价模型研究的现实意义,详细介绍了数字地价模型理论的研究进展及现状。并对样本数据分析的方法进行了总结,系统说明了各种空间插值方法及其模型对比研究的成果,同时对数字地价模型的理论体系及应用研究现状进行了详细阐述。最后,对数字地价模型的发展前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Digital land price model is the spatial three-dimensional expression of urban land price level.The practical significance of digital land price model research was described.The research progress and status quo of digital land price model theory were introduced in detail.Method of the sample data analysis was summarized.Comparative research results of various spatial interpolation techniques and models were systemically showed.The theoretical system and application research status of digital land price model were expounded.Finally,development prospect of the digital land price model was forecasted. |
