摘    要:选择温室生菜Lettuce sativa作试材,分别在3种不同光质的红、蓝和远红三色发光二极管组合灯补光条件下栽培37 d后,测定氨基酸组成和含量。结果表明:补光后,生菜叶中的氨基酸总含量明显高于大田栽培,除谷氨酸远低于大田栽培和天门冬氨酸略低于大田栽培外,其余15种氨基酸均高于大田栽培。而且与大田栽培相比,3组补光后的生菜所含的氨基酸组成均匀、合理,补光使生菜的品质得到了提高,尤以红、蓝光比例为5∶1时效果为佳。

Abstract:Lettuce sativas were cultivated in the greenhouse under the three types of assembled light source,respectively.The assembled light sources with three color light-emitting diodes were used for illumination supplement.The compositions and contents of amino acids were measured after 37 days of growth for Lettuce sativas.Cultivated under illumination supplements,the contents of amino acids in Lettuce sativa were enhanced and larger than that cultivated in the land.The content of Glu in Lettuce sativa cultivated...
